Why wasn't the great acts of hachnosas orchim and t'filos for Sedom (of which the Torah speaks about at great length) part of the 10 nisyonos?

    I THINK THAT PERHAPS AVRAHAM REACHED THE HEIGHT OF THIS TRAIT EVEN BEFORE HASHEM SPOKE TO HIM IN LECH L'CHAH. Since a nisayon is to bring the "koach el hapoel", chessed would not not be a "growing" experience for him at this point in his life.
